DIRECTION for Employee Assistance partners with employers to design and implement a suite of services to promote a safe, productive workplace. Staffed by licensed psychologists, master’s-level social workers and master’s level counselors, we work with organizational leaders to enhance employee satisfaction, health, and well-being.
We offer confidential, professional counseling and access to services to help you successfully deal with personal and practical issues that can interfere with everyday functioning. We provide direct scheduling with counselors – no call center, referrals or pre-screening – free to employees of client companies and their household members. Our employee assistance services make life better for employees, their families and employers.
