Counseling Appointments

Supportive, Solution-Focused Counseling

Research shows that therapy with an experienced professional can help dramatically improve quality of life while reducing the burden of a particular struggle. During your first in person meeting, a counselor will listen to your concerns, and together you will identify ways to move past your current situation.

We can address a broad range of issues, including anger management, grief and loss, communication skill building, depression, family, parenting, stress and anxiety, work related, relationship, trauma, substance use/abuse and recovery, eldercare, step-parenting, separation and divorce, and more.

“I felt heard, was given great advice; I feel that my counselor has caught on to my personality quickly and knows how to push me in a positive way. This has truly been a freeing and healing experience. I’m grateful for that”.
